Because all Gobazic products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

We understand that sometimes your order isn’t quite right - and that’s okay.
At BAZIC, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a BAZIC Gift Card.

1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

- The product is defective

- The product is damaged upon arrival

- The wrong item was sent

2. Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gobazic.com with:

- Order number

- Description of the issue

- Photo evidence

3. Resolution

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized items

- Items ordered incorrectly by the customer
